Part of what we love about them is they’re tough, independent, and count on eac other and their outlook on life are days we want to remember and that few of us still believe but is almost gone.
I’m a little late to the dance on this one. I rarely watch TV, and have no cable or satelite. (Pure barbarism, ehh?) I’ve seen the Duck Dynasty show one time, about 6 mos. ago in the home of family member who does have cable. Whatever the flaws of the show, and it’s characters – I was shocked that anything even approaching an overt expression of evangelical Christianty was on any modern TV show. After reading your post and watching the video you posted, I did some checking online and became aware of the homosexuals and A&E going bonkers over one of these fellows expressing a Biblical view of homosexuality. Now frankly, if they needed it, I think I’d send this family money. (Never mind I don’t have any and they have tons.) I wish there were a whole lot more men like the patriarch of this family in our country, and a whole lot less of the sissy nancy types over at A&E.
