Mogadishu: Remembering Black Hawk Down

Today is the 20th anniversary of an intensely fought battle in Somalia. But this is not just a story of war, survival and death. It is also a story of trusting God, faith and a realization of the importance of eternity, as told by one of the Rangers who led the charge in battle. The strong testimony of Task Force Ranger and U.S. Army Chaplain Jeff Struecker is simply inspiring.

For the first time since the events of “Black Hawk Down” twenty years ago, U.S. Army Rangers from the battle return to Mogadishu, Somalia to relive the firefight in the city streets.

Directed by Matt Knighton, Produced by Mary Beth Minnis, Director of Photography Jacob Hamilton, Editor Gabriel Cox, Original Score by Kyle Lent
