U.S. Constitution Repealed in 10 States, DHS Nullifies 4th Amendment for Millions
You remember the fourth amendment, don’t you? It states: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Well, you can forget about it if you live anywhere within Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan or New Jersey. If you live in one of these states, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can come in without cause or warrant, and search any electronic device you have. You no longer have a fourth amendment. Congratulations.
Other states like New York, Pennsylvania and my own Virginia have very large areas also considered “search zones” (read: no fourth amendment protection).
Breathing easy because you don’t live in any of the aforementioned states? Hang on. DHS has set up 100 mile search zones around the U.S. border. That means, of course, that if you live anywhere within 100 miles of the border, you also have no fourth amendment protection.
We are being robbed my friends, in broad daylight, by our own government and our representatives are the ones helping. Would it do any good if I asked you to contact your representatives and politely demand an answer to these outrageous, not to mention illegal activities?
You may still believe in the Constitution and your fourth amendment rights, but Obama and DHS does not.
Dude,
Have you been on an airplane lately? I am surprised the TSA hasn’t resorted to cavity searches. I think that is why they are wearing the rubber gloves.
Hmm.. Empowering the Gestapo.
