Barack Obama, President of the USA & God’s Will
Think Barack Obama as President of the United States was not God’s will? Think again. By all means, vote in the presidential election, but know what our God has made perfectly clear:
“I have made the earth, the men and the beasts which are on the face of the earth by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and I will give it to the one who is pleasing in My sight.” – Jeremiah 27:5
“But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another.” – Psalm 75:7
“It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men and knowledge to men of understanding.” – Daniel 2:21
“the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, And bestows it on whom He wishes And sets over it the lowliest of men.” – Daniel 4:17
“All the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, But He does according to His will in the host of heaven And among the inhabitants of earth; And no one can ward off His hand or say to Him, ‘What have You done?’ " – Daniel 4:35
Brethren, as long as we scream grace and go our merry way like good little epicureans, ignoring Hebrews 12:4, what do you expect? Political blessings?
You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin.

Since I support a third party candidate, I have seen so much anger and resentment from those who think the end of the world as we know it will come if Obama is re-elected. However, I do not feel comfortable voting for either of the major parties’ candidates. I also believe in God’s sovereignty. I am reminded of Benjamin Franklin’s quote: “The longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth: ‘that God governs in the affairs of men.’ And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid?” If the President is re-elected, as bad as that would be, it would be according to God’s sovereign will (and probably for our punishment). We would do well to remember that even if our nation were to fall someday, God’s Kingdom would endure.
You have a duty in the voting booth to resist evil and promote good as defined by God, third party voting is a vote for Barack Obama and all he represents: Infanticide, Abortion, all aspects of LGBiTG movement, including Same Sex Marriage, and the economic annihilation of the USA. What is the difference between voting for a Democrate who is in favor of Roe v Wade and a Republican who says of Roe v Wade it is “the law of the land” and voices no horror at the slaughter of innocent lives. Are we obligated to vote for the lesser of two evils?
