The Mystery of the ‘God Particle’–Solved!
Scientists at the $10 billion dollar Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in Geneva, Switzerland are all excited. Really excited. LHC is home of the worlds largest particle accelerator. They claim to be closing in on defining the mass of the Higgs boson particle, aka, the God particle. Basically, it is the particle which they purport to be the means by which the entire universe obtains it’s mass. It is the ‘instruction booklet’ that will describe for us how particles, forces and all that stuff interact and bring it all together to form our universe. If seen, it would, allegedly, be the most significant scientific discovery in over 60 years.
But wait, there’s more.
If they can determine the mass of this particle, there will be, according to them, major implications, not to mention justifying why they spent all that money on those silly machines. If discovered, it is said to have 5 major implications. Among the reasons are:
- It would resolve the mystery of the origin of mass itself.
- It would confirm that the theories man has currently, are right.
Well ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to announce that the mystery of the ‘God particle’ has been solved. That’s right. Solved, and a long time ago.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. – John 1:1-3
By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible. – Hebrews 11:3
Did you catch that last one? Read it again; what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.
Do you know why they are not visible? Because what these scientist are looking for and desire to see is what God creatively spoke at the beginning of time.
Scientists will never learn the origins of the universe while disregarding the need of mankind and his sinful , legal fallen state before God and his desperate need for divine revelation found only in the written Word of God.
Never.
The Bible tells us explicitly how universe mass came to be. It tells us precisely how energy, matter, all things pertaining to it came to be, and not only that, it tells us what it all means. God created it – in 6 days! – and God, in and through His holy Word is the only One who can explain why the universe, and we, are here.

Most excellent! I was looking forward to what they would say today, having read a blurb about it last night. Nice that you’ve helped them out.
Yeah, its like I lay awake at night agonising over where all this mass came from[Catholics for all I know] .Having spent the hideous amount of money that they have , they’d jolly well want to find something , wouldn’t they, even if its only a burrito wrapper.But you’re right , science will never explain the things that only the Holy Spirit can reveal.Its still a grand waste of money .!!
