Using Time For Eternal Things (In the Context of Marriage)
What does, “let those who have wives live as though they had none” mean? This is a sermon that the family integrated churches need to hear!

Why did you state: “This is a sermon that the family integrated churches need to hear!”? I belong to an FIC and we do not harangue single adults about marriage. We recognize what Conway – and the Bible – say about being content in whatever state you are in. Yet we celebrate marriage and help people understand what the Bible says about that as well.
I suppose there are FICs that major on family in such a way as to exclude single people. I am thankful that singly adults love the fellowship with married folk at my church.
On another point, about half way through his message, Conway gets excited about deeds being judged. Indeed they will be – but this judgment of sheep-deeds does not determine the destiny of the sheep. This judgment will reveal the destiny of the goats and confirm how miserable sheep deeds are – revealing the value and sufficiency of Christ’s deeds. Yes, our deeds are important, but need to be kept in perspective. But he says our eternity depends on how we spend our time – this is WRONG!
This is where I had to drop this message.
