Apprising Minsitries has posted a very relevant (not in the emergent sense!) article concerning the role of women ‘pastors’ within the Church. Personally, in my own community, we are surrounded with the abomination. – JT

If You Truly Love Jesus Then You Will Do What God Says

As Apprising Ministries showed you, in Tony Jones And His Pastor Doug Pagitt With JoPa Productions And Christianity 21, through their JoPa Productions this dubious pair within Emergence Christianity are the ones behind the Christianity 21 conference coming up in October of this year. They tell us it’s “a gathering of voices” who will help “shape the future of our faith.”
 
So Tony Jones, “theologian in residence” at Solomon’s Porch church community, along with his quasi-universalist pastor Doug Pagitt:

have gathered 21 of the most important voices for the future of Christianity—21 voices for the 21st century—to speak into our future as people of faith in this age. They represent a diverse array of backgrounds, interests, and passions, and they will provide a wide range of innovative and challenging presentations. (Online source) 

In Christianity 21 And Alleged Innovative Voices In The Faith: Nadia Bolz-Weber we earlier introduced you to one of these alleged impressive “voices” within this Emergence deformation of the Christian faith, who’ll be supposedly shaping “the future” of the visible church; one ”Rev.” Nadia Bolz-Weber.

She’s the pastor-priestess of the emerging House for All Sinners and Saints (HFASS) Lutheran church, which is affiliated with the apostatizing Evangelical Lutheran Church of America:

a group of folks figuring out how to be a liturgical, Christo-centric, social justice oriented, queer inclusive, incarnational, contemplative, irreverent, ancient – future church with a progressive but deeply rooted theological imagination. (Online source)

Bolz-Weber’s website Sarcastic Lutheran also tells us this self-described Lutheran Vicar is doing “Emerging church ala Luther.” Men and women, don’t be taken in by these postliberal dreamers and their reimagined inclusive religion of man-love, aka Progressive Christianity, featuring some God/Goddess with a manshaped hole in its heart whose Father/Mother over a Global Brotherhood of religions.”
